Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards via secure Stipe payment app. for initial starts and On-Demand services. Checks may be accepted.
Can I kill the bugs myself?
In short, you can. You can spray a pesticide on the insects you can see and it will likely kill the insects you can see. However, more than likely this will only be a short term fix. For example, as with some ants, many of them never leave the nest and if threatened they can produce more ants or a second colony to ensure their survival. You may end up with twice the problem if you use the wrong product or apply the right product incorrectly. The Ant Sir Pest Solutions is licensed, insured, and trained to understand the species of insect and how best to manage the population in and around your home. Can I set traps to catch rats and mice myself?
You bet. Setting traps is a great way to catch rodents. Every hardware store sells traps. Consider the following - Do you know where to place traps for them to be effective? What kind of bait will you use and how much? Can you safely operate a dangerous trap with out hurting yourself or others? Do you really want to deal with a dead or mostly dead rodent? Can you figure out exactly how the rodents are getting in and what you will do to keep them out? Do you want to deal with any of it? The Ant Sir Pest Solutions is licensed, insured, and trained to find out why rodents are getting in, where to set the traps safely and effectively, and most importantly, dispose of them when they are dead or mostly dead. Do you charge by the hour?
We do not charge by the hour. After a free inspection and free quote each job has a start cost to cover equipment, products, transportation, and the time it takes to complete a thorough effective service. Our stated prices will typically accurately reflect the costs. Sometimes dealing with Rodents, Carpenter Ants, and some other insects requires a bit more material and time based on the scope of the work needed to successfully eliminate the pests and keep them out. We will always provide an accurate quote for what is going on and what needs to be done to correct the problem. Customers have the opportunity to retain the services of the Ant Sir Pest Solutions on a "no contract" basis for Quarterly and Bi-monthly programs, or turn an On-Demand Service into a trusted partnership. The goal is to be there when you need us. Insects, rodents, and other organisms that can become pests are usually an important part of nature. Unfortunately, not all of them are supposed to be here. The Ant Sir Pest Solutions will work hard to reduce and control the spiders, rodents and insects and prevent them from becoming pests on your property. Careful planning and application will keep you, your family, pets, and property safe from pests. On-Demand customers receive one free follow ups and a month long Quality Guarantee. Bi-Monthly and Quarterly customers receive free touch ups if needed when activity occurs or persists in between services. Services will continue on a "no contract" basis for as long agreed upon by either the customer or The Ant Sir Pest Solutions and no addition re-start cost will be charged as long as the customer continues with their planned program. All prices may be subject to change.
What is your cancelation policy?
Please let us know two days ahead if you must cancel. Time is precious and can be very expensive. The Ant Sir Pest Solutions does not have service contracts, is flexible and can help reschedule.
