Each initial service comes with an inspection, quote, treatment and one week follow up after the initial start.  For persistent insect activity a second follow up treatment is included.  Rodent starts include two follow up visits to ensure the elimination and vacation of rodents.  Additionally, patching of up to three small holes, gaps, or damaged crawl space vent screens and the use of up to three bait stations for rodent control can be included with rodent starts.  Carpenter ant programs can include rodent protection if desired for a one time fee of $20 per bait station and rodent exclusions will be quoted.  Program services will start one month after initial treatment and continue based on the agreed upon plan thereafter.  There may be additional cost for initial starts and services that require additional materials or process based on the size and scope of the work needed.  Any additional charges will be explained before any work is performed.  Programs and services are provided on a "no contract" basis for as long as agreed upon by the Customer or The Ant Sir Pest Solutions.  You can trust the knowledge, persistence, and expertise of The Ant Sir Pest Solutions to achieve the pest free experience at your home or property that comes with a professional pest service.  We will treat your home as if it were our own.  The Ant Sir Pest Solutions is proud to serve Marysville, Everett, Lake Stevens and Snohomish County.
